Consular Registration

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING CONSULAR REGISTRATION

كل مواطن عربي سوري أو من في حكمه يريد الإقامة خارج سورية لمدة تزيد عن ثلاثة أشهر، عليه مراجعة أقرب بعثة سورية في بلد الإقامة لتسجيل نفسه قنصلياً لديها خلال مهلة خمسة عشرة يوماً من تاريخ وصوله.

  1. Complete 2 copies of the form carefully and preferably by typing it to be illegible, otherwise, it will be rejected.

  2. two recent passport size photos – no more than 6-11 months old;

  3. Consular fees $35.00 in CANADIAN DOLLARS ONLY Consular registration fees.

 Please follow the instructions regarding payment of consular fees under the heading FEE

4. Pre-paid airway bills preferably FedEx Please do not use “G , to return the Consular Registration Form. Please note the consulate does NOT accept airway bill to be paid on account number or credit card. It must be a pre-paid airway bill.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANADA EXPRESS POST, AS CANADA POST DOES NOT PICK UP PACKAGES.

If you are in Canada you can send a pre-paid regular envelope to return the Form to you.  However, the consulate bears no liability if lost.

If you have a previous registration with any of the Syrian consulate/embassies in North America and your information, including address and contact information is the same, you can provide the consulate with a copy of the registration you have without the need to register again at this consulate.

الرجاء اخذ العلم ان اي وثيقه ترسل للقنصليه الفخريه السوريه سوف تعاد ان لم تتوافق مع التعليمات التاليه.

-قبول مراجعه صاحب العلاقه بالذات او قريبه حتى الدرجه الثانيه او وكيله القانوني بشأن الطلبات المتعلقه بمنح جوازات سفر

-قبول مراجعه صاحب العلاقه بالذات او من ينوب عنه قانونا بشان المعاملات القنصليه الاخرى العائده له مهما كان نوعها

IF APPLICATION IS COMPLETE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOLLOWED FULLY PROCESS WILL TAKE 4-6 WEEKS
